Subscription & Refund Policy

This Subscription & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing payments, subscriptions, and refunds for Plusobet services. This policy applies to all purchases made directly through our website and excludes transactions processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

1. Trial Periods

Plusobet may offer trial periods (free or paid) to allow users to experience our premium features. Key terms for trials include:

  • A valid payment method must be provided when enrolling in a trial;
  • Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends;
  • Charges will be applied to your payment method when the trial period expires;
  • Promotional pricing may be offered for initial subscription periods.

We may also provide limited-time discounted plans that automatically renew at the standard subscription rate.

2. Subscription Terms

All Plusobet subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel in advance. Billing cycles may be:

  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Annually
  • Or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase

By subscribing, you authorize Plusobet to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method at each renewal date.

3. Payment Authorization

When you complete a purchase, you authorize Plusobet to charge your provided payment method for:

  • Initial subscription fees;
  • Recurring charges after trial or promotional periods end;
  • Any applicable taxes or additional fees.

Payment confirmation may be completed through methods such as:

  • Biometric authentication (fingerprint, facial recognition);
  • Entering payment details on our checkout page;
  • Accepting subscription terms displayed on confirmation screens.

4. Canceling Your Subscription

Canceling your subscription will prevent future automatic renewals. However, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Important: Cancellation procedures differ depending on where you purchased your subscription.

4.1 Subscriptions Purchased Through Plusobet Website

  • Contact us at support@plusobet.com to cancel;
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid additional charges;
  • Simply deleting the app or your account within the app does not cancel your subscription;
  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period;
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

4.2 Subscriptions Purchased Through Apple App Store

  • Manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings;
  • Turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your next billing date;
  • Plusobet cannot cancel or modify App Store subscriptions on your behalf;

4.3 Subscriptions Purchased Through Google Play Store

  • Manage your subscription through your Google Play account settings;
  • Turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your next billing date;
  • Plusobet cannot cancel or modify Google Play subscriptions on your behalf;
  • For assistance, visit Google's support page.

5. Pricing Changes

Plusobet reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. When price changes occur:

  • You will be notified in advance via email, in-app message, or website notification;
  • New pricing takes effect at your next renewal date;
  • If you do not agree to the new pricing, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

6. Service Maintenance

Plusobet may perform periodic system updates and maintenance that could temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible. Significant service interruptions will be communicated through:

  • Email notifications;
  • In-app messages;
  • Website announcements.

7. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies depending on where you purchased your subscription and your geographic location.

7.1 Direct Website Purchases

Except as required by applicable law, all transactions completed through the Plusobet website are final and non-refundable.

  • By making a purchase, you acknowledge that payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable;
  • Refunds may be granted at Plusobet's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis;
  • Refund requests should be submitted to support@plusobet.com.

7.2 Apple App Store Purchases

If you believe you are eligible for a refund for a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store:

  • You must request the refund directly from Apple;
  • Plusobet cannot process refunds for App Store purchases;
  • Follow Apple's refund request instructions at Apple's refund page.

7.3 Google Play Purchases

If you believe you are eligible for a refund for a subscription purchased through Google Play:

  • You must request the refund directly from Google;
  • Plusobet cannot process refunds for Google Play purchases;
  • Follow Google's refund request instructions at Google's refund page.

8. Regional Refund Rights

8.1 California & Connecticut Residents

Residents of California or Connecticut may cancel their purchase and receive a full refund if the cancellation is requested before midnight of the third business day following the purchase date.

8.2 European Economic Area (EEA) & Switzerland

Consumers based in the EEA or Switzerland have statutory withdrawal rights under consumer protection laws:

For single items of digital content:

  • By purchasing, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of digital content;
  • This waives your right of withdrawal, making the purchase non-refundable.

For ongoing subscription services:

  • You expressly request and consent to immediate service delivery;
  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, refunds will be prorated based on the service already provided before we receive your withdrawal notice;
